Founder of BeMicro

Hi, I’m Stephen Cowan - entrepreneur, freeze-drying enthusiast, and founder of BeMicro, the first freeze-dried microgreens company in the U.S.

After a decade in software sales, I shifted my focus to helping people access powerful plant nutrition, starting in a tiny Denver apartment and growing into a nationwide mission.

Plant Frequencies is an extension of that mission, a space to explore the often unseen connections between plants, people, and the planet. From microgreens to mushrooms, soil to spirit, I talk with herbalists, scientists, entrepreneurs, artists, and healers to uncover ideas that can change how we live, eat, and engage with the world around us.

Thank you for tuning in.
